This section is about skills and techniques for surviving and thriving in the wilderness. Being proficient in these skills will increase your chances of making it. You don't have to know everything but you should have a working understanding of most of these skills. You should also make a point of learning the most important core skills. Make sure you learn at least one way to do everything. You should probably know multiple ways of doing the same thing. Ideally you would be familiar with every possible way to do everything. Remember, practice makes perfect. The more you actually do these things, the better off you will be.
